Fresh Spaces provide dedicated studios for culinary photography, filming and events. Based in Highbury, the heart of north London, Fresh Spaces is ideally equipped to host cookery demos, wine tasting, photography sessions through to TV and Film work.

The principal studio is in Swan Yard, just near Highbury Corner, and features a fully working kitchen – making it ideal for cookery demo’s, filming, photography, or events.

The area is 488 sq ft with a mezzanine floor of 158 sq ft. It is decorated purely in white; with white louvre blinds that can block out light if need be for photographic shoots.

The space has natural wooden flooring, an excellent kitchen built for filming and photography enabling panoramic shots of the entire kitchen. The kitchen has a large window together with patio sliding doors opening on to an attractive balcony.

Also for hire, is a large roof terrace, easy to dress for filming and with superb skyline views over Highbury. Again excellent for photography and a rare commodity in this part of London.

Swan Yard, which is off Highbury Station Road, is a 2-minute walk from Highbury & Islington train station, and a 15-minute walk from Angel tube station.

Directions:
Tube: Come out of Highbury and Islington station turn right and after 500 yards walk down the alley which is between McDonald’s and Starbucks. At the end of this alley is Swan Yard.

Alternatively, Come out of Angel Tube station and walk up Upper Street to Highbury Corner. On your left will be the alley between McDonald’s and Starbucks. At the end of this alley is Swan Yard.

Overhead train: Go on the Wagon line to Highbury & Islington Underground: Highbury & Islington (Victoria line)
