Event Space 1: Midtown Loft

This midtown loft is an exquisitely appointed event space located in an upscale, doorman building in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Windows on three sides of the space offer dramatic city views while allowing in natural light to bring out the full warmth of the oak floors.

Event Space 2: Downtown Westside Loft with Terrace
The floor-to-ceiling windows flood this loft with natural light and the views are breathtaking. A 1,000 sq. ft. exterior terrace designed by landscape architect Halsted Wells overlooks the New York Harbor. The interior space of curving walls and multiple elevations creates a dramatic, yet comfortable space that is unlike any other in Manhattan.

With 4,000 sq. ft. this unique location can accomodate intimate dinners and seated affairs for 80 and cocktails for up to 225 in the summer (when using the terrace) and 125 during the winter months.

Event Space 3: Bright, Spacious Midtown Loft

Located at 36th Street and 5th Avenue, this bright loft is not only beautiful but convenient, too. Boasting 5,000 sq. ft., the penthouse has 24 windows that provide exposure from the North, West and South.

Most of the furniture can be removed to provide a blank canvas for your photo shoot or special event. The space has quickly become a favorite rental choice for parties, castings, weddings and other special occasions.

Event Space 4: Gramercy Park Loft Space
This 5,500 sq. ft. loft is located in a Landmark Gramercy Park building. This event space is a gorgeous example of old New York elegant style. With 14’ ceilings, floor to ceiling windows that swing wide open, grand columns and spectacular architectural details; this location is capable of hosting special events and parties for up to 200 people.

Event Space 5: Downtown Ballroom Grandeur
Listed on the National Historic Register, this grand Romanesque Revival structure was designed by Albert Wagner and built in 1885 for the J. Ottman Lithographic Company.

The double row of vast round-arched windows, expansive open interiors and 16 ft. ceilings all create spectacular sun-drenched spaces inside. Also adding to the Puck’s appeal are its ornate columns, the original antique elevator with its elaborate wrought-iron work and the structure’s incredibly strong floors, capable of bearing at least 60 lbs. per sq. ft.

A prominent feature in the city’s vibrant SoHo District, the venue hosts a full range of private and corporate activities. With two large facilities available to the public, it can host your Wedding or other family affairs as well as various special events for companies and non-profit organizations. It’s an ideal location for meetings, trade shows, receptions, auctions, wine tasting events, dinners, etc.
The Grand Ballroom is lined with spectacular arched windows, which create its famous open interior bathed in natural light. It is one of the city’s largest and most famous ballrooms. Located on the first floor of the building and comfortably accommodates 1,000 guests. The 8,300 sq. ft. adjacent reception area is used separately and with the ballroom. Favorites among the Fortune 500, the Ballroom and its reception area regularly host a wide range of prominent private, corporate and civic events, including, most recently, several national and international trade exhibitions.

The sun-drenched Skylight Room accommodates up to 250. Because of its abundance of natural light and open interior space, the room is also in constant demand as a location among major motion picture studios, international advertisers and noted photographers. For complete convenience to the professional community, the building is equipped with ample power for additional electric hook-ups, separate delivery entrances and freight elevators.

Event Space 6: Upper East Side Rooftop Terrace
This Rooftop Lounge & Terrace is a design-forward, private outdoor space that offers breathtaking cityscape and river views from its 360-degree wrap-around terrace atop thirty-two stories.
The indoor portion of the lounge is adorned with stylish furnishings and features a state-of-the art entertainment system. The terrace is open late into the evening in order for guests to admire the Manhattan skyline from sunny afternoon through star-filled evening.

This venue is a perfect setting for corporate parties, charity auctions, and private social gatherings of a more intimate level. The outdoor and indoor spaces are both exceptional backdrops for any type of event.

In the summer enjoy cocktails for up to 125. During the colder months this location can accommodate drinks and Hors d’Oeuvres for 75. For seated affairs, the lounge can comfortably serve 40.

Event Space 7: Historic Long Island City Location

This former factory is a uniquely beautiful location alternative to the typical Manhattan venue. The interior is clean and spacious, with industrial lines and exposed brick and architectural elements all can appreciate.
Inside, you will find comfortable seating for up to 125 with a dance floor. Cocktail receptions and other stand-up occasions will easily afford 250 guests.

The Courtyard offers an additional 30’ x 80’ space, accommodating of a tent and to 200 for a sit-down dinner, 250 people for cocktails. Split the courtyard in half to create two 30’ x 40’ areas. Those with smaller guest lists will find the courtyard is perfect for an outdoor ceremony or a cocktail hour.

An added benefit: Guests will find abundant street parking available on nights and weekends during events.

Event Space 8: Old Meets New on Park Avenue

Constructed in 1919 as one of New York’s grand Park Avenue mansions and ideally located on Manhattan’s upper east side, this once private mansion features a majestic marble stairway that connects you to a variety of beautiful rooms.

A selection of old-world settings provides the perfect location for special events ranging from gala benefits and milestone celebrations to corporate meetings and dinners; and event wedding ceremonies and receptions.

The newly completed conference hall adjoins the mansion and has its own private limestone townhouse entrance. Inside the Hall lies a state-of-the-art conference center, offering the most technologically advanced equipment available. This facility is best utilized for entertaining during presentations or for general meeting space. It can be used alone or in combination with the mansion, conveniently adjoined by a marble hallway.

This gracious setting offers the best of New York, old and new, to meet your entire host of special event needs. This venue brings highest quality of distinction and taste to your affair.

Event Space 9: West Side Splendor

The three unique spaces in this studio provide a combined total of 11,000 sq. ft. The wraparound windows provide spectacular views of the George Washington Bridge, Chelsea Piers, New Jersey and the Verazzano Bridge, The Empire State Building and The Chrysler Building. Two truck and three freight elevators provide direct access to the studio, making set up and load out extremely convenient.

With stark white walls, window frames, epoxy floors and 13’6” ceilings, the space is brilliant when bathed in sunlight and offers a blank canvas for evening and nighttime lighting design.

Can be rented together or as three separate entities offering studio space of 2,000 sq. ft., 4,500 sq. ft., and 5,500 sq. ft. Rentals are tabulated in ten-hour increments.

Event Space 10: Glamour in Greenwich Village

Magnificent Duplex/Studio

A photo studio may not sound like the sexiest place to hold a corporate celebration or power event. However, this “studio” is an 11,000-square-foot duplex with a roof terrace that has not only a garden, but also a swimming pool and amazing 360-degree views of the city!

PENTHOUSE A: More residential in feel, with beautiful dark woods, a working Tudor fireplace, astounding marble work, exposed brick and art from around the world. Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom; and private entrance and elevators.
PENTHOUSE B: Provides breathtaking views of New York’s cityscape. It includes a roof terrace, heated pool and garden as well as a gallery/screening room with 17′ glass doors on its east and west walls. Terrace, screening room, upper garden, and swimming pool.

SIZE: Divided into two penthouses, each accommodating up to 150 people. PH A fits 150 people for sit-down; PH B fits 60 people.
